Shipping policy

All items will be shipped within 5 days of receiving payment.

Customer chooses the shipping time.

All packages are sent with tracking to the address provided by customer.
Phantom Shadow Crystals is not responsible (The customer is) for shipping charges if wrong address was provided and item needs to be resent to new address. This process could take weeks, so please double check your information.
